A WINCHESTER man has been fined after he was caught speeding.
Peter Myhill, 49, of Roman Drive, drove a Volvo at 58 miles per hour in Andover Road North on Monday, December 4, a court heard.
At the time the offence, a traffic order was in place making the speed limit 50 miles per hour.

Appearing at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on Monday, September 23, Myhill pleaded guilty to the offence.
He has been fined £40, and must also pay a £16 victim surcharge and costs of £50. The total amount of £106 must be paid in full by October 21.
Myhill also had three penalty points added to his licence.
