On any sunny Autumn Saturday, Winchester is always going to be busy, but along with the usual street market bustle, there was the Kings Walk festival.

It created a vibrant celebration of local culture, creativity, and sustainability. Taking place in Winchester's revitalized Kings Walk, the event featured a mix of live music, craft workshops, and delicious food offerings from local businesses.

Highlights  included pottery and tufting workshops at Design Junction, where visitors could try their hand at making ceramics or creating rugs, adding a fun, hands-on element to the day. Bella Crafts brought a cottage garden vibe with its cream teas and upcycling crafts, all this while live music and DJ’s entertained passers by.

Overall, the Kings Walk Festival brought the community together in a celebration of Winchester’s creative spirit, blending art, sustainability, and entertainment in a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere, and the autumn sunshine certainly played its part.
