An Edinburgh Fringe hit is coming to the Theatre Royal Winchester.
Pleading Stupidity, a comedy based on the true story of two Australians, Chad and Brad, who robbed a bank during their gap year, is on Tuesday, October 15.
The play follows the pair's hapless criminal activities, which include wearing work name tags during the robbery, taking selfies with the stolen cash, and having a flawed getaway plan.
Their defence in court was 'pleading stupidity,' and now, out of prison, the pair and the bank tellers they robbed recount their tale of misadventure.

The high-energy show, packed with physical comedy, action, and verbatim speech, is the brainchild of Maybe You Like It, a theatre company known for creating stage shows, audio shows, and podcasts.
The company’s other popular performances include Sorry (I Broke Your Arms and Legs) and Redacted Arachnid.
Following Pleading Stupidity’s successful run at The Pleasance venue during last year’s Edinburgh Fringe, Winchester audiences will now get a chance to see the comical adventure.
The play will be performed at Theatre Royal Winchester at 7.30pm, with a post-show chat to follow.
Tickets, which start at £8, are available at theatreroyalwinchester.co.uk or by calling 01962 840 440.
