SAINT Catherine’s Autumn Bazaar will be held on Saturday October 12, from 10 – 11.30 am, at Littleton Church Room.

The bazaar will sell plants, cakes, jams and chutneys, books and bric-a-brac, so do come along!!  And spread the word!

THE Ham Green Conservation Group meets every month, on the first Saturday or Sunday morning, at the Ham Green Car Park, Sparsholt.

Their next meeting will be Sunday November 3 at 9am. Volunteers of the group clear wooded areas, conduct flower, tree and butterfly surveys, plant hedgerows and have recently started mowing selected areas to encourage the growth of wild flowers.
Volunteers are given training and support in all the tasks, plus coffee & biscuits at break time!


ALSO, A Churchyard Cleanup will take place at St. Stephen's Church, Sparsholt, on Saturday, October 5 from 10am to 1pm. All volunteers will be warmly welcomed with garden equipment.

OO Saturday, October 12 at Sparsholt Memorial Hall, members of the public are invited to gather and give thanks at the return of the Sparsholt Harvest Supper. 

Tickets are £15 for an adult, or £30 for a family with children under the age of 14. They are available from Sparsholt Village Shop or Sally Wesley (01962 776476) from September 1. There will also be drinks and a raffle available for purchase. The event begins at 7pm. Anyone with specific dietary requirements should let Sally know.
 

BOUNCE Winchester is still holding three classes at Tubbs Hall in Kings Worthy. The trampoline-based sessions are designed to make exercise fun. The “NON-PSYCHIC ‘Psychic’ Show” is coming up soon at The Worthys Jubilee Hall in Kings Worthy on Friday, October 24. AT the Cart & Horses Pub on London Road, Kings Worthy, the regular interesting talk sessions, 'Pondero Coffee & Connect', will be held on Tuesday, October 1, from 10.30-12pm.

CROSS Valley Milk is still selling local farm-produced and fully pasteurised milk and milk-based products. These can be delivered to your area for free or bought directly from the farm at the Bull Farm Estate in Kings Worthy. The farm is the two-time winner of the best produce contest at the Alresford show.
