A HAMPSHIRE man has been banned from the road for more than a year for drink driving.
Michael Fuller, 31, of High Street, Stockbridge, was caught near his home address on Tuesday, August 27, a court heard.
Undergoing a breath test, Fuller returned a reading of 56mg of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the legal limit of 35mg.

Appearing at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on Thursday, September 12, Fuller pleaded guilty to the offence.
He has been banned from the road for 14 months, with the opportunity to reduce this by 14 weeks if he completes a course by June 5 next year.
Fuller has also been fined £523 and must pay a £209 victim surcharge and £85 costs. The total amount of £817 must be paid in full by December 11.
