A Winchester man who defied a driving ban in a black BMW 1 series has received a further disqualification.
Tobias Hotston-Clarke also drove the BMW with no insurance in Walpole Road, Stanmore, on February 19, a court heard.
Hotston-Clarke, 32, of Wolfe Close, Stanmore, admitted both offences when he appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates Court September 3.
Magistrates imposed a 250-day ban and added the 67 days of the outstanding ban.
They also fined him £120 with £40 costs.
