I would like to express my sincere thanks to the three young ladies who came to my aid, following a nasty fall at Dukes Mill last Thursday. Two of them got me back on my feet, whilst the third was quickly on hand from Portioned 4 U with a very necessary First Aid Kit.

Not only that, but she also very kindly supplied my wife and me with a most welcome cup of tea.

Happily, no lasting harm appears to have occurred, although I could well have done without the £90 cost of a new lens for my glasses and a £14 parking charge at the General!

Sadly, the South Hants Walk-In Centre, where the parking is free, couldn't deal with me as I had banged my head rather heavily, so they referred me to A&E.
