A RENOWNED law firm has bolstered its real estate team in Hampshire with the appointment of an experienced new solicitor in its Romsey office.

Estelle Baldry joins Thrings as its newest senior associate, having developed her expertise in residential property at a number of firms across Hampshire, including Moore Barlow and Blake Morgan.

With extensive knowledge in residential property, Estelle’s clients range from first-time buyers to high-net worth individuals and experienced property investors, to whom she provides a high standard of service with a personalised touch to meet their specific needs.

Estelle’s areas of specialism include freehold and leasehold transactions, first registrations at the land Registry and remortgaging properties as well as transfers of equity and dealing with property in relation to trusts and succession planning.

Since Thrings is a full-service law firm, Estelle will also be working closely with the its many teams to support clients with her experience, including its agriculture, family, and succession and tax teams, also based in the Romsey office.
