LAND and farm buildings are going up for auction in a Meon Valley village.
The property includes several buildings and six acres of rural land at Highdell Barns, Warnford, around eight miles to the south east of Winchester, and has a freehold guide price of £300,000-plus.
It is being auctioned this month – the auction ends on September 18, with bidding live 48 hours beforehand.
Mike Marchant, a senior auction appraiser in Hampshire for the firm, said: “The site enjoys vehicular access leading to extensive barn/farm buildings, which includes six stable stalls and which may have scope and potential for other uses, subject to all necessary consents being obtainable.
“The bulk of the site extends to a large area of grazing, which enjoys splendid views over the Hampshire countryside.”
