A GARAGE compound near Romsey with planning consent for two three-bedroom houses is being auctioned this month.
With 12 vacant lock-up garages and adjacent 16 Gurnays Mead, West Wellow, the freehold site is among 178 lots listed across southern England by Clive Emson Auctioneers and has a guide price of £120,000 to £130,000.
It is being auctioned this month – the auction ends on September 18, with bidding live 48 hours beforehand.

The property already went up for auction in July, but was not purchased.
Mike Marchant, a senior auction appraiser in Hampshire for the firm, said: “The site currently comprises 12 vacant lock-up garages and benefits from consent for demolition of the garages and the construction of two three-bedroom houses."
