A HAMPSHIRE villager has had his licence banned for six months after being caught driving a car he was not insured for.
Paul McDowell, 37, of The Plantation, Curdridge, near Bishop's Waltham, was caught in Guildford driving a Mini without third-party insurance.
McDowell was also fined £230 and six points were taken off his licence for the offence, which happened on the A3 on July 26, 2023.
He pleaded guilty at Guildford Magistrates' Court in April, and was handed his punishment on August 23.
