HAZELEY Group has commenced the last stage of work on Hazeley Enterprise Park, located on the previous Northfields Farm in Twyford's north-eastern edge.
Developing a hub for commercial activity, the site will provide local jobs. On September 2, Hazeley Group opened their new community fund for Twyford.
Sports teams, schools, charities and community groups from Twyford parish can apply for grants up to two hundred and fifty pounds. The deadline is November 5.
A committee of Hazeley Group and independent assessors will review applications. The application pack is available for download at hazeleyenterprisepark.co.uk.
By early January 2025, successful recipients will receive their grants.
Speaking about the new fund Hazeley Group property director Sarah Andrews said: "Twyford has a strong community spirit which is reflected in the many events, activities and clubs in the village. We are keen to be good neighbours to the parish through the provision of grants from our new community fund and welcoming residents to enjoy our new community facilities at Hazeley Enterprise Park when they are completed."
