A man has been arrested in relation to a serious incident on the M3.
The pedestrian has been taken to hospital in a "serious condition" and the road is expected to remain closed for "several hours".

A 37-year-old driver from Southampton has been arrested on suspicion of driving a vehicle whilst unfit through drugs. He is currently in police custody.
A spokesperson for Hampshire Police said: "If you saw what happened or have dashcam footage of the incident, please contact us online or on 101 quoting incident 457 of today’s date."
