A MAJOR Hampshire road was closed after a two-car crash, with one person suffering minor injuries.
The crash was at the roundabout near Bishop's Waltham Palace in Winchester Road on Thursday, August 29.
The road was closed while a recovery vehicle attended, with it reopening at around 4pm.
A Hampshire police spokesman said: "We were called at 2.06pm to a report of a collision involving two cars. One person has reported minor injuries.”
A Hampshire Fire Service spokesman said: "The log states that at 14:16 on 29/08/2024 a crew from Bishop's Waltham and two crews from Eastleigh were called to a road traffic collision on Old Station Roundabout, Winchester Road, Bishop's Waltham.
"The incident involved two private vehicles. One female was extricated from a vehicle by crews and handed over to the care of South Central Ambulance Service. Crews remained on the scene to help police colleagues clear the road.
"The stop came in at 14:54."
