Crowds at one of Hampshire's biggest festivals were treated to a surprise set from Busted this weekend.
On Saturday, August 24, thousands of people at Victorious in Portsmouth enjoyed a second day of music and entertainment.
Headlining Saturday night was rapper Jamie T. The South London star entertained thousands with his recognisable fast-paced lyrical flows and stand-out hits including Sticks ’N’ Stones, Shelia, Zombie and If You Got The Money.
After weeks of speculation from festival goers, pop-punk royalty Busted was announced as this year’s secret set on Saturday afternoon.
@megan_stanley_ This is for my American friends who think the Jonas Brothers sang this first (yes the rain was going sideways) #victorious #victoriousfestival #festival #portsmouth #busted #year3000 #festivaltok #rain ♬ original sound - Megan Stanley
The band brought high energy with classics such as Year 3000, Crashed The Wedding and Air Hostess - not even the pouring rain ruined the fun.
Sugababes returned to Victorious drawing thousands to the festival’s Castle Stage for a seaside singalong of noughties anthems including Push The Button, Round Round and About You Now.
Courteeners ripped through a set of modern indie classics from Not Nineteen Forever to Cavorting and even an extra special rendition of Madness’ British anthem It Must Be Love
Families enjoyed Victorious’ Kids Arena which saw a performance from children’s TV star Andy Day for a special Dino Raps set.
Saturday also had sets from CMAT, Holly Humberstone, Tom Walker, Shaun Ryder’s Black Grape and The Lightning Seeds.
