EVERY application put before Winchester City Council planning officers was permitted this week. 

Each application had the name of the applicant withheld. 

In Boarhunt, an outbuilding can be externally insulated and cladded with the addition of a pitched roof and treatment plant; new carport/garage to front. This is at Pandora, Bere Farm Lane. 

A double garage in Colden Common can be converted into an annexe at 5 Piping Road. 

A planning application was permitted for two brick buttresses to southwest gable of building and repairs to window arches to front at Elm Farm, Hensting Lane. 

In Denmead, an application was permitted for ground floor and first floor extensions at 13 Ashling Park Road. 

An application was permitted for the demolition of a conservatory, formation of single and two storey rear extensions, conversion of garage to habitable space and all associated alterations. This is at 4 Heathcote Place in Hursley.

In Harestock, an application was permitted for 57 Bradley Road. It includes the demolition of existing glazed rear extension and construction of new single storey rear extension. Addition of three windows at ground floor level on south/side elevation with translucent glazing. Partial infill of existing first floor bathroom window on front elevation. Construction of parking bay at front of house to allow for charging of electrical vehicle with new vehicle crossover onto Bradley Road. Parking bay to have grasscrete paving.

A plan for side and rear extension and timber cladding can go ahead at 27 Buriton Road. 

An application was permitted for the demolition of an existing chalet bungalow and garage and erection of new self-build dwelling at Alderley, Deane Down Drove in Littleton. 

In Alresford, a conservatory can be demolished with the erection of rear extension and internal alterations. This is at 72 Oak Hill. 

A replacement garage with wood store can be built at Apple Tree Cottage 69, Northington Hill in Northington. 

In Swanmore, an application was permitted for the removal of an existing shed and construction of new shed/store to front of existing dwelling; widening of existing drop kerb to width of existing driveway, at 15 Moorlands Road. 

Extensions to the main house and garage at Little Acre in Titchfield Lane, Wickham, was permitted. 

In Winchester, an application was permitted for the Theatre Royal Winchester, 21 - 23 Jewry Street. It was for a re-roof smoke vent located on top of the fly tower (modern addition; tallest part of building) with slate effect roof covering to prevent further leaks. 

A new timber clad, flat roofed outbuilding and all associated works can go ahead at 58 Fairfield Road. 

At 12 St Swithun Street, an air source heat pump and sound cover next to the southern boundary wall of the courtyard garden can proceed.
