EACH year, artists across Hampshire throw open their doors to the public to showcase their work and studio spaces.
This year, Hampshire Open Studios has been taking place from August 17 to 26, with more than 290 venues providing visitors with the opportunity to meet the makers and learn more about their work.
The open studios festival is now entering the final days, several local Romsey artists will be participating in the festival, including the bespoke jewellery shop Forest and Cove.
To celebrate their involvement in HOS, Forest and Cove is kickstarting a community art project based on the historic market town of Romsey.

The project entails contributing to numerous small pieces of art, which when completed will be assembled together to create a diverse art piece which will then be displayed in Romsey Abbey for two weeks.
Other Romsey artists include Chris’s art house – a quirky three floor art house jam-packed with 50 artist’s art and crafts.
Additionally, King John’s House will display an eclectic 2D and 3D exhibition of works set in the medieval hall.
