Inspired Villages has welcomed two new village managers, Kat Andrews and Stuart Cunningham, to oversee their latest retirement communities, Ampfield Meadows and Blendworth Hills.
Appointed in recent months, the pair brings decades of experience in the sector.
Andrews will take charge of Ampfield Meadows, a community boasting almost 150 eco-friendly apartments.
Ampfield Meadows is situated near Chandler's Ford and Winchester.
The site, with Andrews at the helm, will not only offer modern apartments but also a central hub of facilities such as a swimming pool, wellness centre, and brasserie available to residents and wider community.
Cunningham will head up Blendworth Hills, a community of 120 apartments for over-65s, set near Horndean and Portsmouth.
The third such development in the UK, Blendworth Hills is set to complete construction by year-end.
Both appointments confirm Inspired Villages' commitment to fostering sustainable, thriving communities in Hampshire, following the success of their first venture, Bramshott Place near Liphook.
Kat said: "Inspired Villages’ purpose is to create communities where people live the best years of their lives. Even at this early stage, we are committed to implementing high standards and providing our residents with an exceptional service. Lidia and I are already working on a comprehensive calendar of activities, both on-site and off-site."
