HAMPSHIRE and Isle of Wight Fire & Rescue Service will be opening their station doors to visitors in Romsey at the end of the month.
On Saturday August 31, Romsey fire station, in Alma Road, will be holding an open day for families to take a look around.
Visitors will be able to come and meet the fire crew, as well as find out about their equipment and vehicles, such as the Romsey Tanker 1. Guests can also watch demonstrations of fire drills, whilst enjoying refreshments that are on offer.
The event is taking place between 10am-4pm and does not need prior booking
