AN incident on the M3 Northbound towards Winchester has caused traffic at Junction 13 near Eastleigh.
The incident the junction's an exit slip, forcing a lane closure. It is unclear what caused the incident at this point in time.
The closed lane has caused a backlog on the M3 and Hampshire County Council Traffic and Travel warns there are delays on the approach.
The Romanse website is also showing delays on the M3 Southbound after Winchester.
