A WINCHESTER man has been slapped with a restraining order for harassing a woman for three years.
Clifford Harrison, 62, of Tower Street, harassed a woman between December 5, 2020, and December 31, 2023, by sending her constant and unwanted texts and emails and leaving gifts at her property, a court heard.
Appearing at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on July 1, Harrison pleaded guilty to the offence.
