Chesil Theatre in Winchester has announced a new start time for its productions.
Curtain up will now be at 7.30pm.
Chairman of Chesil Theatre Stephanie Danby said: "We consulted members and our loyal audiences and the consensus was to move to this earlier time."
The new season will see a variety of plays performed.
The autumn season begins with Neil Simon's American comedy classic, "The Last of the Red Hot Lovers."
In November, the theatre will stage a Gothic adaptation of Jekyll and Hyde, following a series of assaults in London's dark back streets.
For January, the centrepiece will be "Life x 3" by Yasmina Reza, followed by Ariel Dorfman's gripping drama "Death and the Maiden," set for an April debut.
This season also includes the world-concept play "Lemons, Lemons, Lemons, Lemons, Lemons" by Sam Steiner.
This tender rom-com imagines a world where a government limits everyone to just 140 words per day.
The last play will be Shakespeare in Love, adapted by Lee Hall from the successful 1998 film.
