A trio of special concerts at St Mary's Church in Twyford is set to captivate audiences this autumn and winter season.
Revered industry artists such as Roddy Woomble, Scott Matthews, and Martin Carthy are lined up to perform.
Roddy Woomble, known as the Idlewild vocalist, will kickstart the musical series on October 22.
The concert will celebrate the release of Woomble's impending album, which is a collaboration with songwriting partner Sorren Maclean, recorded in an old church on Isle of Mull.
On November 7, Ivor Novello winner Scott Matthews takes the stage.
His album, 'Passing Stranger', received significant critical acclaim for its unique blend of folk, rock, and blues.
Matthews’ most recent offering, 'Restless Lullabies', showcases an acoustic purity that further cements his musical prowess.
Finally, on November 30, legendary English folk musician, Martin Carthy will conclude the concert series.
With a career spanning over 50 years, Carthy is a figure of folk music innovation, known for his skill, stage presence, and natural charisma.
His influence has extended to artists, including Bob Dylan and Paul Simon and he continues to champion folk clubs.
These concerts promise an exciting montage of various musical styles, offering something for every music enthusiast.
