A MAJOR road is closed this week for emergency works.
The A36 is closed northbound from the A3090/Romsey Road from Ower, to Whinwhistle Road in Blackhill.

The road was closed on Tuesday, August 6 by National Highways while emergency repair work is carried out.
According to One.Network, the road will reopen at 11.59pm on Friday, August 9.
