PARK home residents are furious after being left with intermittent water for more than a month.
People living at Wykeham Park, in Alresford Road, Morn Hill, want answers from Southern Water after five weeks of issues.
There are around 20 park homes on the site with 40 residents. The issues have been site-wide.
Married couple Sally Kuhlmann and Tom Hall have lived at the site for two years after moving from Somerset.
Ms Kuhlmann, 73, said: “For about five weeks now we have had very intermittent water, probably more off than on. It depends on the day and the time of day. We turn it on in the morning to fill the kettle and nothing happens, you just wait and anything between 30 seconds and five minutes it starts dripping and then it comes out cold.
“You stand in the shower covered in soap and you have to wait for it to come back again. We've all complained and we've all got reference numbers. It's our human right to have access to water.
“It might go a few hours running well, but then it might go a few hours not running well. It impacts everyone's lives.”

Mr Hall, 87, added: “It always happens when you're in the shower. The problem is that the water heats up by the boiler, and the boiler only operates under pressure so it stops and starts and sounds terrible. Southern Water just totally doesn't want to do anything about it. They sent an engineer but nothing seems to have been fixed. I get very irritable, I've got cancer. The hot water eases the pain in my back Obviously you need to be clean, sometimes I haven't had a shower for a couple of days. What I do is I fill a bucket of water and I put it in the shower so if it stops, I've got that to use. It's like camping.”
Jean Pyke has lived at Wykeham Park for 11 years. She said: “This is bad and it's getting worse. I can't put the washing machine on, it bangs. It's been nowhere near as bad as this. When I called Southern Water, it took me so long to be questioned and they told me I had to stay in from 12pm to 4pm and nobody came. We want to know when it's going to be done.
“We've had our problems, but nothing like this. It's been disgusting. Earlier this year when the water problems were affecting everyone, they (Southern Water) were good. Our neighbours went and got the bottles of water. We just them to hurry up and let us know what they're doing. If they can't fix it, at least they can let us know what they're doing.”
Neighbour Richard Stokes said: “Every time you shower it goes off at least once, sometimes twice. It goes off that many times, it always comes back but at very low pressure. What's causing it I really don't know. We can't get anything out of the water board other than umms and ahhs. They don't seem to know what they're doing themselves. I've been here about 18 years. Everyone is so fed up, something has to be done.”
A spokesperson for Southern Water said: “We are aware of these intermittent supply and pressure issues at Wykeham Park, and are very sorry for the disruption this is causing customers.
“We’re investigating the cause and hope to have a solution as quickly as possible.”
