WORKS to improve access to the Recreation Ground in Colden Common have now finished.
Colden Common Parish Council took to Facebook after the works were complete.
They said: "The parish council is really pleased with the works to improve the safety and accessibility of the Recreation Ground at Main Road.
"The works have provided a new improvement pedestrian entrance on Main Road which is suitable for wheelchair users, and provides a new safe route to the footpath which leads down to Orchard Close without having to go through the car park.
"A big thank you to the Parish Hall Trust Trustees who awarded a grant of £10,000 towards these works."
