This summer, Winchester Cathedral bursts to life with a host of animal-themed attractions.
Dr Dolittle's parrot will charm visitors at the outdoor theatre, while animal artworks from Cabaret Mechanical Theatre fuel imaginations.
From July 19 to August 31, the cathedral will host the Cabaret Mechanical Theatre, an art, science and engineering exhibition perfect for the whole family.
Throughout August, in the Lower Deanery gardens, family-friendly outdoor performances kick off with 'Dr Dolittle' on August 3 at 6pm.

Children can play detective from July 21 with a new self-guided trail tracking down creatures from cathedral history.
The Very Rev Catherine Ogle, Dean of Winchester, said: "Welcome to summer at Winchester Cathedral. Welcome to the delights of the estate with historic buildings, green spaces and a precious opportunity to sit awhile. Step into the coolness of the ancient cathedral following in the footsteps of countless pilgrims and visitors over the last 1,000 years. In the beauty and wonder of this unique place there is something of interest for people of all ages."
