A HANDFUL of Hampshire restaurants, pubs and takeaways have received the highest food hygiene rating.
Thirteen establishments were awarded five-star scores for their cleanliness after inspections carried out by the Food Standards Agency and Winchester City Council.
In Winchester alone, five restaurants bagged the accolade, meaning that their hygiene standards are "very good".

The Winchester restaurants include Mii @ The Broadway at Broadway on Colebrook Street; Inn The Park at Abbey Mill, Colebrook Street; Blue Hour Coffee at Bushfield Farm, Badger Farm Road; Turtle Bay on St Georges Street; and County Arms Inn on Romsey Road.
The other high-scoring restaurants in the Winchester City Council catchment area were La Ene Gourmet at Southern House, Waterworks Road, Otterbourne; Skylark Golf And Country Club at Lee Ground, Titchfield, Fareham; The Orangery At Garsons at Garsons Garden Centre, Fontley Road, Titchfield, Fareham; Nando's at Unit F2, Whiteley Shopping Centre, Whiteley Way, Whiteley; Railway Buffet Car on a train from Alresford Station, Station Road, Alresford;The White Horse on Main Road, Otterbourne; The Milbury at The Milburys, Beauworth, Alresford; and Cornflower Sky at Curdridge Reading Rooms, Reading Room Lane, Curdridge, Southampton.
