THE annual classic car rally returns to a pub near Cheriton in September.
The Hinton Arms in Petersfield Road, Hinton Ampner, will be staging the annual event that attracts old cars, bikes, tractors and commercial vehicles.
The event starts at 9am and there will be an outside bar all day.
NOT everyone loves the sound of breaking glass.
Alresford Town Council is reminding people to avoid noise pollution when using the bottle banks at the Station Road car park in the town.
A reminder that in order to be mindful of those living nearby, the bottle banks at Station Road car park should not be used between 8pm and 8am.
ALRESFORD Library in Broad Street has a string of activities for children this summer.
They are: 27th July: Decorate our tables; 3rd August: Clay Modelling; 10th August: Collage; 17th August: Junk Modelling; 24th August: Pipe Cleaner Models; 31st August: chalk drawing in back yard
All events between 10am-12noon and free - donations for library resources appreciated!
