Reading your article about the results of a GP patient surgery carried out in the Winchester district recently makes me wonder just how reliable are the many various surveys about all sorts of subjects one reads about in the press so frequently (Chronicle, July 25).
You report that St.Paul's Surgery in Alison Way comes out with the lowest score.
That result astonished my wife and myself. We have experienced excellent treatment from this practice.
