Campsites in Alresford and Romsey have been featured among the top 150 outstanding sites in the UK for 2024.
The annual list from Campsites.co.uk named Two Hoots Glamping in Alresford and Gambledown Farm in Romsey in its 2024 iteration.
Discussing the list, the publication wrote: "Our annual Outstanding Sites list highlights 150 camping, glamping, and touring sites across the UK for 2024, celebrating those who offer their campers a reliably great holiday.
"From eco forest hideaways to family-friendly holiday parks and luxury glamping, these hand-picked sites are a combined list of our award winners and other sites we rate highly for a consistently excellent experience onsite."

Two Hoots Glamping
Two Hoots Glamping has a rating of 4.96/5 on its Campsites.co.uk profile with 100% of visitors recommending a stay.
It has 15 grass pitches for campervans, tents and RVs as well as glamping pods and shepherd's huts.
The pods can sleep two people and feature a double bed, an ensuite bathroom, an electric heater and a TV.
The site is located a short distance away from Alresford and a "great range of wildlife" can be found nearby or on-site including red kites, squirrels, pheasants, hawks and glow worms.
One reviewer wrote: "I had a lovely stay at Two Hoots. The weather wasn’t always idyllic but I was very cozy in my pod and enjoyed the private back garden when the sun came out. The facilities are beautifully presented, very clean and practical. I was made to feel welcome on arrival."
Another shared: "The place was lovely and I couldn't have asked for a better host. Really clean, and decorated nicely and felt extremely welcome. Will definitely return."
Gambledown Farm
Gambledown Farm has a rating of 4.93/5 on its Campsites.co.uk profile with 100% of visitors recommending a stay.
It stretches out over 270 acres and offers glamping safari tents with views over the Hampshire Downs and Salisbury Plain.
The safari tents can sleep six people and have features including en-suite facilities, log-burning stove, kitchen area and a BBQ outside for summer evenings.
The profile adds: "Meet the shorthorn beef cattle that calve each April, and in the spring, there are lambs to bottle feed. You can also enjoy regular pizza nights and stew pots, giving guests a flavour of the farm. There is also a barrel sauna available to hire."

One reviewer wrote: "A wonderful glamping experience - a fab team who think of everything. The tent was luxurious! Very happy and will be returning."
Another shared: "Really enjoyed our stay in the safari tent, 4 adults and 2 large dogs. Log burner kept the whole safari tent really nice and cosy and the fire pit and BBQ were nice for the evenings! We visited The New Forest, Stonehenge, Woodhenge and 2 beaches all within a 40min drive!"
Meanwhile, another posted: "Gambledown Farm is a calm and relaxing place. The family and staff were all very welcoming and friendly. They've thought of everything we could need and we were even invited to help feed the new baby lambs."
