A WINCHESTER man has been slapped with a court order for stealing wine from the same shop twice in a week.
Saul Green, 33, of Hyde Gate, stole a bottle of wine worth £17.95 from Kingsgate Wine and Provisions in Kingsgate Street on Wednesday, May 22, a court heard.

Basingstoke Magistrates' Court heard that Green later shoplifted another bottle of wine, this time worth £16.90, from the same shop on Wednesday, May 29.
Appearing at Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, July 23, Green pleaded guilty to both offences.
He has been given a court order to comply with any instructions of the responsible officer to attend appointments (with the responsible officer or someone else nominated by them), or to participate in any activity as required by the responsible officer up to a maximum of 10 days.
