From this letter can the department responsible please take action to remove the awful pile of materials that are clearly a real health hazard at this location.

This is no reflection on the person responsible, who is clearly in need of support but given that the area is the gateway to the city for those who arrive at the adjacent or nearby car parks it gives a dreadful first impression.

It must not fall to our great team who try hard to clear street debris but needs specialists with appropriate Hazmat protection.

Having tried unsuccessfully to contact Environmental Health I hope this will trigger a prompt response.
