ENGLAND fans have been let down once again at the last gasp of a Euro final.
In Winchester, thousands flooded into pubs to support the three lions, but in the end it was not to be.
The Chronicle was at O'Neill's on the High Street, where Cole Palmer's 73rd-minute equaliser sent everyone ballistic.

"When we equalised it was amazing," said Corban Wright, 19. "But then there were three headers we had that we missed."

There were some complaints about the Spanish team's fouling, particularly on Bukayo Saka.
Mel Ozalp, 29, told the Chronicle: "I think overall England can play so much better, but they were given dirty tackles and it was just dirty out there on the pitch."
Meg and Corban's friend, who declined to give his name, offered a simpler analysis: "We lost the game, mate. It's fine."
After O'Neill's, we moved on to The Mucky Duck on Hyde Street, which was emptying out quickly after the disappointing result.
Manager Jade Combrinck was happy with the evening's footfall: "It's been good and there wasn't really any trouble. When the game's finished everyone just bombs out though because England lost."
