MEMBERS of Braishfield Flower Arrangement Society were recently given the opportunity to show off their own skills with an in-house workshop.
On Thursday, May 23, following a demonstration by Maggie Batchelor of a linear arrangement, it was then the members' turn to arrange their own interpretation with the flowers they had brought along.

Club member Carole Renvoize said: “What followed was a very lively and interactive evening with no two arrangements looking the same. There certainly was a lot of chatter, laugher and the occasional pinching of foliage. Everyone agreed it was a very enjoyable evening and must be repeated again in the future.
“Members are now gearing up for the Braishfield Garden Club Summer Show where they will have another opportunity to show off their talents in a more serious environment – no pinching of foliage allowed.”
