A WINCHESTER woman who was charged with assaulting emergency workers has had the case against her dropped.
Eran Ozgunay, 37, of Wolfe Close, Stanmore, was alleged to have assaulted two police officers and possessing cannabis on Thursday, January 18.
She appeared at Winchester Crown Court on Wednesday, April 10 where she pleaded not guilty to all charges.

On Friday, July 12 the case against her was dropped, with Prosecutor Jane Terry saying the prosecution was offering no evidence: "The defendant has started going to treatment for the difficulties they have.
"We have looked into the public interest in this case and have found there is no interest in this case continuing, and would like a non-guilty verdict put in on her behalf."
Assistant judge advocate general Jane England said that a non-guilty verdict would be entered.
