A NEW shed was officially opened in Alresford after generous donations
The New Alresford Allotment Society's shed was unveiled by Charmian Jones, a trustee of Alresford Show, who donated £1,000.

Cllr Johnny Dakin, from New Alresford Town Council, said: “This is a group made up of people of all ages and from all walks of life.
"Although everyone has their own plot and their own little worlds, the need and want for a communal shed and equipment is a testament to the strong sense of community and togetherness here. NATC is proud to contribute.
“In the next few months, NATC is delivering a brand new allotment site along Spring Gardens. Even though there is a waiting list, I would encourage any Alresford resident with an interest in becoming a plot holder to sign up now and be part of this great local community.”
