This year, Winchester A Cappella are supporting Hampshire Search and Rescue (HANTSAR) as their charity of the year.

Proceeds from the concert in October will go towards the valuable work they do in Hampshire.

HANTSAR is a registered charity, providing professionally trained members to assist police with searches for at-risk, vulnerable and missing people.

Its professional volunteers can be called upon at any time of day or night, 365 days a year, in all weathers, to find children, the elderly or the despondent.

HANTSAR receives no official funding, relying exclusively on donations, fundraising activities and occasional grants.
