EVERY planning application has been permitted by Winchester City Council planning officers this week.

In Bishops Waltham, Mr Rodgers, of Chase Mill, Winchester Road, can go ahead with making internal alterations to the property and add patio doors.

In North Boarhunt, Mark McMurrugh, of Milhope, Trampers Lane, has permission for the removal of an existing conservatory and construction of a new two-storey side extension featuring a wheelchair lift and wet room.

In Denmead, Mr and Mrs Morris can add a single-storey and two-storey rear extension to their property at 22 The Willows.

In New Alresford, Simon Brown’s application for change of use of Unit D, Prospect Commercial Park from a brewery to Class E (light industrial).

Mr and Mrs Robinson, of Pilgrims, 10 Pound Hill have had permission for the proposed replacement of a conservatory with a single-storey flat roof extension, new double door and window openings to the ground floor and new roof light to the first-floor bedroom roof.

In Winchester Town, Max Rose has permission to carry out an internal fit out of an existing retail unit, including new shopfront signage and first-floor alterations to access the new stockroom area at 107A High Street.

Adela Radichetti, of 61 Stanmore Lane, has permission to make room for a summer house.

Angela McIntosh can build a two-storey side extension with loft conversion and alterations to the existing internal layout at 2 Woodfield Drive.

Johnson and Chown, of 39 Ted Down Meads, can go ahead with building a side extension and rear extension and rebuild an existing conservatory.

Mr and Mrs Lancaster, of 29 Bereweeke Avenue, have permission to add first floor side and front extensions and a single storey porch extension to their property.
