THE mansion of a bankrupt Hampshire millionaire has been repossessed.

The house, Curbridge Heights, Botley Road, Curbridge, near Botley, belonged to Robert Bull, the chief executive of bungalow provider Royalelife.

Mr Bull is reported to have declared bankruptcy at the end of last year, with the Mirror reporting that he is £725m in debt. Alongside this, Royalelife is reported to have collapsed as a business, with Mr Bull’s collection of supercars – including three Lamborghinis and a 211mph Ferrari – also having been seized.

The house was voluntarily left to FRP Advisory, with the company taking possession on Sunday, June 30. Security staff are guarding the premises.

A sign erected on the side of the house prior to FRP Advisory taking possession says: “Please note: Robert Bull does no longer live at this address.

“The property is vacant due to Robert Bull being bankrupt. The property is owned and controlled by FRP Advisory/Administrators.”

FRP Advisory has declined to comment.

An article in the Mirror says that Mr Bull has blamed this bankruptcy, the second he has filed in the course of his lifetime, on a “campaign of hate” by the Kinahan drug cartel, an organised crime gang in Dublin.

Hampshire police have been in touch with Mr Bull over the allegations, with a spokesperson telling the Mirror that enquiries are ongoing.
