HAMPSHIRE County Council is holding co-design workshops for the Fulflood Liveable Neighbourhood pilot scheme.

As previously reported, the council launched a consultation into the scheme in February, with plans to find the best way to “reduce city centre traffic, support healthier lifestyle choices and invest in infrastructure to support sustainable growth”.

The Winchester suburb of Fulflood is the first place in the 'Liveable Neighbourhoods' scheme in Hampshire.

The co-design workshops will allow residents to let the council know about recently identified issues and opportunities in Fulflood and show the council which improvements they would like to see in the area.

At the time of writing, HCC has arranged two workshops which will be held later this month. Each workshop will consist of three sessions, each an hour long, which are limited to 20 people per session.

The first workshop will be held at the St Paul’s Church Parish Rooms, St Paul’s Hill, on Tuesday, July 9, with sessions from 3pm to 4pm, 4pm to 5pm and 5pm to 6pm.

This will be followed by a workshop at the Log Cabin (Scout’s Hut) in Stockbridge Road on Wednesday, July 17. The three sessions will take place from 11.30am to 12.30pm, 12.30pm to 1.30pm and 1.30pm to 2.30pm.
