Beautiful weather made for a wonderful day, as the sun beamed down glorious rays as people enjoyed traditional games and delicious food.
Entertainment was provided by the Winchester Morris Men, 1st Chandler's Ford Boys’ Brigade Band, and Punch and Judy.
Fr Dominik Chmielewski, Master of the Hospital of St Cross, said: "It was a privilege and a joy to see so many people enjoying the sights and sounds of the Fete. I would like to thank everybody from the Church and the local community who worked so hard to make it a success and also to the Trustees of the Hospital for allowing the use of their grounds".
Gill Beck, fete secretary, said:"It was lovely to see people coming from far and wide and enjoying themselves at the Fete. Lots of sunshine, lots of people and lots of hard work created a great community event".
