A HAMPSHIRE villager died after the breakdown of his marriage, an inquest heard.
Trevor Upchurch, of Mill Lane, Colden Common, was found dead at the grain store in Owslebury on May 28 last year.
The inquest, at Winchester Coroner's Court on Thursday, May 20, heard that Mr Upchurch, 39, struggled with anxiety and depression throughout his life.
The inquest heard that Mr Upchurch's marriage had broken down in the months before he died.
A post mortem, carried out by consultant pathologist Dr Adnan Al-Badri, concluded the cause of death to be hanging.

Area coroner Rosamund Rhodes-Kemp read out a statement provided by Mr Upchurch's friend Kevin Galliott.
It said: “I have known Trevor for 35 years, we had a father son relationship. We used to work together. I supported him and checked on his welfare.“
Ms Rhodes-Kemp said: “He was not in a good place. It's terribly sad.”
The coroner concluded that the cause of death was suicide and offered her condolences to his family.
