The installations varied from dresses with ruffs to abstract painting and sculpture and intricate textiles.
One student spoke about how one of her paintings was inspired by a friend's teddy bear and how we bring the objects of our childhood with us as we grow up.
In the fashion department, classical designs stood next to fluorescent tracksuits and gothic leather dresses.
Some of the students are hoping to put on shows in London, while others have already got their next exhibition lined up.
Fine arts student Esme told the Chronicle that she has a show in the capital coming up and is currently collaborating with a Southampton-based collective.
