TWO development plots in North Boarhunt have gone on the market.

Property consultant Eddisons is marketing two plots of land for residential and holiday let development in the village near Portsmouth, with a combined asking price of £1.6m.

Both plots are located on Trampers Lane, with the two adjacent sites consisting of a parcel of land with planning consent for three detached houses ranging from three to four bedrooms, and a £1.25m asking price; with a second site, priced at £350,000, that has been given planning permission for two holiday units.

Agency surveyor Nick Holtby, who is based in Eddisons’ Fareham offices, said: “North Boarhunt is such a great semi-rural location, surrounded by woods and fields and yet just 15 minutes’ drive from the centre of Portsmouth and 10 minutes to Fareham.

“It’s quite a rare development opportunity to have the two sites on the market, both with fantastic countryside views and with planning consent in place, and there is certainly robust demand both for residential accommodation and holiday lets in this beautiful area.”
