A WINCHESTER man has been ordered to pay compensation for causing criminal damage at social housing in the city.
Maxwell Lane-Wheeler, 26, of City Road, damaged a communal door to the value of £189 belonging to Bournemouth Churches Housing Association on Friday, February 2, a court heard.
Appearing at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, June 6, Lane-Wheeler pleaded guilty to the offence.
He must pay £189 compensation.
