WINCHESTER City Council planners have approved all applications this week using their delegated powers.

No applications were refused or withdrawn.

In Bishop’s Waltham, Mr P Hayes, of The Old Granary, Banks Bar and Bistro, Bank Street, has permission to convert the upper floors into four flats, as well alterations to the ground floor layout and replacement of single-storey corner extensions.

Matthew Parry, of Street Record, Station Road, has been granted permission to amend the approved plans and drawings to accommodate changes to the design, layout and internal configurations of Block A and Block B (mill building) together with their associated car parking and landscaping areas.

In Boarhunt, Mr J Willis, of 3 Birch Hill Cottages, Trampers Lane, can go ahead with his proposed loft conversion.

In Headbourne Worthy, Steven Bainbridge MRTPI has permission to vary / remove condition no's 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 18, 19, 21, 23, 24, 25 and 26 of Planning Consent 23/01594/FUL for the Development of an Electric Vehicle Charging Station (EVCS) with associated means of access, internal parking and roadways, siting of ancillary power generation, storage and distribution infrastructure, landscaping and engineering works, erection of ancillary restaurant, outdoor seating and play area at Three Maids Field, Andover Road.

In Hursley, Michael Parris has permission to change the use of an existing barn to provide three letting rooms at The Dolphin Inn, Main Road.

In the Itchen Valley, an unnamed applicant has permission to retain an electrical vehicle hub with associated works, as well as the installation of electrical infrastructure at Winchester Services Southbound, Shroner Wood.

In New Alresford, Paul Moyes, of 10 Nursery Road, has permission to build a single storey rear extension.

In Winchester Town, Lewis Hughes, of 3 Eastgate Street, can go ahead with adding an internal partition wall layout and additional sub partition walls and lobby entrance details to a second floor flat.

The 11th Winchester Scout Group has permission for a new roof canopy linking main cabin and store building and to set up new fencing and landscaping with retaining walls at The Log Cabin, Stockbridge Road,

Catherine Bale, of 5 Wordsworth Close, has permission for the erection of a 2 storey rear extension following demolition of an existing conservatory and erection of a single storey front extension.

Mr and Mrs Lam can build a single-storey front-side and rear extensions at 16 Milverton Road, Fulflood.

Edward Kercher, of 13 Clausentum Road, St Cross, has permission for a single storey rear extension, internal alterations, with the introduction of rooflights.

Keira Soares, of Tanglewood, Uplands Road, Weeke, can demolish an existing garage and build a new rear extension with 3 rooms within the loft space as well as a front porch.

Mr Russell Thompson, of 4 St James Villas, has permission for the removal of unstable sections of existing northern flank and eastern rear external walls and re-building.
