Winchester's 1,000 year old iconic cathedral has much to be discovered.
As a voluntary Kings and Scribes exhibition steward, every day I find there is some artefact not seen before.
Visitors always look in awe at the cathedral's majestic significance.
Doubtless Oliver Jessop, the new cathedral archaeologist (Chronicle, May 30), will uncover more archaeological gems waiting to be found.
