A Romsey care home welcomed members of the Steel Pan Trust for a special Caribbean themed day.
Residents and staff at Abbotswood Court Care Home, in Minchin Road, listened to the sounds of the steel drum band throughout the day.
The event organised by the home was laid on in appreciation of the Green Buttercup dementia group in Romsey who were invited along to join in.

Lea Wintle, general manger of Abbotswood Court, said: “We love laying on our larger events, especially during the summer months and it’s wonderful to invite the wider community in.
“We all felt like summer had finally arrived!
“We will be inviting the Steel Pan Trust back to Abbotswood later in the year when our residents will experience playing these exotic instruments for themselves.”
