A WINCHESTER woman has been fined for breaching a community order.
Michelle Humble, 39, of Sussex Street, broke a criminal behaviour order on April 14 by going into Tesco Express on Andover Road in Winchester, a court heard.
Humble, who has a long record of shoplifting, had been banned from entering the store by a criminal behaviour order made on September 22.
Appearing at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on April 30, she pleaded guilty to the charge.
She has been ordered to pay a £120 fine, and £40 costs. The court record did not show when the total amount of £160 must be paid.
